Discrepancy
The complex's founding blueprints, filed under Project Meridian, number the archive sublevels one through seven. Every current facility document, safety inspection, and staff directory references only six. Sublevel seven does not appear on any elevator panel, floor plan, or access log currently in use.
Physical Review
A facilities team measured the total vertical distance between sublevel six and the complex's foundation slab. The measured distance is inconsistent with a single floor's worth of unaccounted space, though not conclusively enough to rule it out either way.
