Failures
Two magnetometers and one digital recorder monitoring the same site independently failed within an eleven-minute span that overlapped exactly with the fifth recorded interval cycle. The fourth instrument, an older analog backup, continued recording without interruption and is the sole source for SIG-0024.
Assessment
A Materials Laboratory review found no shared point of failure across the three instruments — different manufacturers, different power sources, different physical locations within the site. The review closed as unresolved.
