Purpose
Prior to this array, each listening post ran on independent local time, making it impossible to establish whether recovered fragments arrived in a meaningful order. The array was commissioned directly in response to SIG-0023.
Status
Currently deployed across four of the Network's listening posts, with two more scheduled. Full deployment is required before the Black Signal correlation hypothesis can move from suspected to confirmed.
