Effective 2024-02-18, Dr. Elias Ward was elevated to Senior Investigator within Temporal Research, with expanded authority to requisition instrument logs across departments without prior clearance from Data Integrity.
Objection on File
Dr. Naomi Achterberg (PER-0020) filed a formal objection prior to the promotion, arguing that Ward's pattern-first methodology had not been independently reproduced and that granting him cross-department requisition authority would make verification harder, not easier. The objection is preserved in this file per Protocol PTL-0004 and was not upheld.
