Blind Recalibration Trial — Site D

Results of Achterberg's authorized blind trial using an instrument with no calibration link to the Meridian lot. The trial neither confirms nor eliminates the equipment hypothesis.

Archive record

Method

A pressure sensor sourced independently of the Meridian calibration lot was installed at a fourth, previously unused monitoring post with no history in any Echo Protocol case. It was left running for ten weeks under Achterberg's exclusive access.

Result

No anachronistic reading was recorded during the ten-week window. Achterberg's working note states this is consistent with — but does not prove — the equipment hypothesis, since none of the prior three sites had produced more than one anomalous reading in a comparable span either.

Open Status

The trial is filed as inconclusive. Ward has requested the instrument remain in place for an additional twelve months rather than be reassigned, a request Data Integrity approved without comment from either party.
